The design is based on 16th century Spanish era church destroyed in the battle of Manila in 1945. The Village Barrio and Chapel.
The Village is the centerpoint of plantation life, a place where some 130 families live. It had its' beginnings with six families in the late 1800's. Each family is allocated ample space to construct their own home and garden.
